Absolutely. We use professional-grade, low-toxicity, water-based products. We'll give you clear re-entry advice for any treated areas — typically just 1–2 hours for surfaces to dry.

Yes. Most of our residential treatments come with a 12-month warranty. If covered pests return inside that period, we re-treat free of charge.

Residential general pest treatments start from $179. Commercial pricing starts from $79/month and is tailored to your premises. We confirm your final price before any work begins.

We focus on common household pests — ants, spiders, cockroaches, rodents, wasps, silverfish and moths — so we can keep our pricing honest and our quality consistent. We don't currently service termites or possums.

It depends on the treatment. External-only treatments can be done without you being home. For full internal/external work, most customers prefer to be on-site at the start so we can walk through any concerns.

We accept card, bank transfer and cash on completion. Commercial customers can set up monthly invoicing on recurring plans.

Yes. ProtectPlus is fully licensed under Victorian pest control regulations and covered by $20M public liability insurance.
